The Nottingham Declaration Partnership is made up of the Carbon Trust (CT), Energy Saving Trust (EST), Environment Agency (EA), Local Government Association (LGA) Improvement & Development Agency (IDeA), UK Climate Impacts Programme (UKCIP) and Nottingham City Council. | |
