Summary
The Baby Warehouse premises were flooded during the summer of 2007 after only a year of trading. As a response to this they implemented several measures to make themselves more resilient to future flooding including an online stock management system, moving equipment and stock above ground level and more formal business continuity planning. However, due to difficulties in obtaining the insurance payout they have since gone out of business.
