UK retailer ASDA says that research it will publish later this year suggests that 95% of its fresh produce supply chain will feel the impacts of climate change. ASDA’s head of corporate responsibility highlights where the retailer has worked with suppliers to introduce better water management practices that will make the supply chain more robust, but says there is still more to do to invest in sustainable solutions and practices.
